5 Beautiful GIF Danny Welbeck Moments

Today saw the official conformation of Danny Welbeck extending his contract for a further 4 years to stay at Manchester United.

This is brilliant news for the club and its supporters. Welbeck, Manchester born and bred, had a brilliant debut season for United showing his superb energy, touch, skill and scoring some key goals along the way.

In the short time this site has been running, Welbeck has featured plenty. Here are my top 5 Welbeck GIF Moments to celebrate his new deal

1. Assist v Spurs

I love this goal so much. The excitment of seeing Welbeck starting for Man United at the start of last season doubled when after scoring the opener, he produced this moments of magic to help put United 2-0 up.

2. Goal v Everton

Welbeck scored this wonderful goal showcasing his touch, skill and finishing as he curls it into the top corner. Stunning.

3. Link play for Rooney Goal v Everton

Welbeck turns provider as he displays his football intelligence with a lovely dummy and then return pass for Wayne Rooney to score.

4. Touch v Aston Villa

We saw it many times last season, Danny Welbeck has an amazing touch and ability to control the ball. The GIF does the talking here.

5. Skill in build up to Hernandez Goal v Wolves

Whilst he neither scored or assisted the goal, his skill and clever touch allowed Valencia to get into a crossing position for Hernandez to score. Superb team goal.

Here is to plenty more of this from Danny Welbeck over the coming years.

  1. Zi Indefatigable

He’s got the best back-heel in the world. His back-heels lead to so many goals last season. He even done one during the Community Shield equaliser.

  2. Felquin

He seems a bit lost out wide, hopefully see more of him in rotation working with Kagawa and RvP as well as Rooney
